Congratulations on your pregnancy! Prenatal Massage is a nurturing experience. Whether you need deep relaxation, muscle tension relief, or both, you will enjoy your time on the table with custom positioning, pillows, and special bolsters to fit your growing needs.

Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby while providing multiple benefits at the same time! Infant massage can support better sleep, digestion, relaxing muscles, encourages flexibility, improves circulation, and can help with gaining body awareness. 

Over a series of 3 - 45 minute sessions I will educate, demonstrate and teach parents how to use techniques to gain the same benefits at home, as in the studio.

It's a perfect night in! Grab some friends and some snacks; I’ll bring the rest! I’ll start out with a little talk about the benefits of oils and how to blend them, then get you started on creating your custom blend. Popular blends focus on toxic-free fragrance, sleep, de-stress, digestion, and muscle tension. Lastly, finish the night with chair massages!!
